I successfully support individuals experiencing anxiety, low self-worth, low confidence, family or relationship difficulties, trauma, and abuse, as well as other life challenges.

Working with Anxiety
I help you understand the roots of your anxiety and how it shows up in your daily life. Together, we identify and gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, while exploring new ways of responding. I also offer practical strategies—such as grounding techniques, relaxation methods, and tools for calming anxious thinking—that can help you feel more steady and in control.

Working with Trauma and Abuse
Trauma and abuse can leave deep imprints on how you see yourself and the world around you. In our work together, we move at your pace, creating safety and trust as we explore your experiences. I support you in processing what has happened, developing strategies to manage triggers, and finding new ways of relating that reduce the power of past events. My goal is to help you reconnect with your sense of safety, strength, and self-worth.

Trauma-Informed Care: My approach to trauma is deeply informed by understanding that trauma varies greatly from person to person. Whether it's a result of a single event or complex experiences over time, I provide a trauma-informed approach that respects and integrates your individual needs.

Compassionate Support For Complex Grief: My work also focuses on the deep and often isolating experience of grief, offering a compassionate journey navigating deeply personal experiences in a trauma-sensitive way.

Pregnancy Loss: I bring specialist knowledge to the many layers of pregnancy loss—including miscarriage, ectopic, absorbed multiple, stillbirth, SIDS etc, as well as loss after infertility. As an accredited pregnancy loss practitioner, I provide a safe, understanding, and confidential space where your grief can be acknowledged and explored without judgment.

Working with Low Self-Worth and Confidence
Low self-worth can hold you back from living the life you want, often rooted in old patterns or critical inner voices. Together, we can identify where these beliefs come from, challenge the stories that no longer serve you, and experiment with new ways of thinking and behaving. Through this process, you can begin to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and grow in confidence.

Working with Family and Relationship Issues
Family dynamics and relationship challenges can feel overwhelming and confusing. In our sessions, we explore patterns of communication, unmet needs, and the impact of past experiences on your current relationships. I help you develop healthier ways of relating—whether that means setting clearer boundaries, improving communication, or navigating conflict more effectively—so that your relationships can feel more balanced and fulfilling.

A Space for Healing, Wherever You Are

I provide compassionate, tailored therapy to help you find steadiness and connection. My services are available internationally—excluding Germany, the USA, and Canada—through flexible online sessions designed to meet you where you are.

Specialist Support for Creatives

I have a special focus on supporting writers, performers, artists, content creators and holistic practitioners. Having worked extensively with creatives and those in the performing arts, I understand the unique pressures of your world and offer a discreet, confidential space to explore, heal, and reconnect with your authentic self. Additionally, my services are open to anyone seeking support without the pressure to fit a certain mould.

I’m here to support you when you’re ready. Typically, I respond within 24-48 hours.

I offer a FREE 30-minute assessment by video call prior to engaging with any potential client.

Once we've completed the initial assessment, I will be happy to discuss session options tailored to your needs as well my fee structure.

If you are a counselling student, I offer a concession on fees as support during your educational journey. Proof of college, course, and photographic ID will be required.
